INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT/PARTNERS AGREEMENT
(M.O.U)

This INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT, (the “Agreement”), is between G-Mesh
CAPITAL INVESTMENT (the Investment Manager) AND INVESTOR / PARTNER
In consideration of the mutual covenants contained in this Agreement, it is agreed as follows:
1. APPOINTMENT & ACCESS
The investor/partner hereby appoints the Investment Manager, as his Forex Trader and shall grant the Investment Manager full right/ responsibility to execute Trades with the allocated/assigned funds/investment for forex trading purpose only.
2. ACCOUNT OPENING
The Investor /partner shall open a trading / investment account his/her forex account with the Investment Manager
3. PROFIT SHARE
Profits are shared every month with the Investment Manager taking 40% and the investor/partner takes 60%. If the market makes less than or equals to 10% profit, the Investment Manager will not partake in the profit share.
4. 5% NON-REFUNDABLE FEES of invested funds upon liquidation.
a. First-time account setup/ maintenance fee of N50,000.00.
5. TRADED AMOUNT
The Traded Amount is the amount deposited by the investor into the forex trading account to be traded and managed by the Investment Manager. The Traded amount shall be a minimum of $1000 and a maximum of $25,000.
6. ACCOUNT LEVERAGE
The investor will have access to the forex trading account using the Investment Manager’s log in details only for the purpose or read only with a leverage of 1:1000/ 1:500
7. INVESTMENT MANAGER ACCOUNT
All payments: setup fees, non-refundable fees, security deposits and profit shares of Investment Manager shall be deposited into the Investment Manager’s BTC wallet account, with the following particulars: –

All the data giving by a member to G-Mesh CAPITAL INVESTMENT will be only privately used and not disclosed to any third parties. G-Mesh CAPITAL INVESTMENT is not responsible or liable for any loss of data.

You agree to hold all principals and members harmless of any liability. and you agree that a past performance is not an explicit guarantee for the same future performance.
We reserve the right to change the rules, commissions and rates of the program at any time and at our sole discretion but with due notification to our investors/partners, especially in order to respect the integrity and security of the members’ interests.
You agree that it is your sole responsibility to review the current terms.
You agree that even a slight fluctuation of the market could mean substantial gains when these fluctuations are in your favour and that it could also mean significant losses if the fluctuations are to your detriment and that you will accept your losses in good faith. But in assurance to reduce the risk of losses a proper risk to reward ratio and proper leveraging will be our main strategy to ensure adequate safety and steady profits on your investment.
Any member who wish to terminate his/her investment before the end of the tenure shall give us a one month written notice via email to support gmeshcapital@gmail.com, will forfeit ALL ROI due and 20% of the capital.

ATTESTATION

STIPULATIONS.
1. The minimum/ maximum duration of all category of investment is 6/12 months respectively. However, Roll-over investment period is for a maximum of two years (2yrs)
2. The client is to pay a nonrefundable fee of N50,000 as subscription per contract
3. The client will be credited monthly as stipulated in the investment categories to the beneficiary account details already submitted above.
4. At the expiration of this contract, the client will receive his capital plus either 10% or 7.5% or 5% (depending on his investment category) of his investment on the 6th/12th month should he/she decide to discontinue the investment.
5. Contract can be terminated in writing before the maturity date at this point the investor will get 80% of his invested capital.
6. The investment shall be deemed to have been terminated at the expiration of the contract time frame, but the principal shall not be released until the investor or his/her next of kin places a formal request to the company in writing.
7. The renewal of an investment at the expiration of the last period shall be as in (6) above
8. If the client decides to continue, the duration will be another 6 or 12 months and all other conditions will apply.
