Very rude and unprofessional fellows.
I was there 2 years ago. The attendants were rude. They didn't listen to my complaints.They were eager to take the car off for primary assessment. Two of them gave me conflicting bills for the assessment. Of which, they eventually missed out the problem after their check. I pointed the obvious faults out after they have printed a huge bill for irrelevancies.
More importantly my spare part didn't arrive within six months. They called me to bring my car like 8 months after my road side mechanic had successfully fix the problem at an extremely affordable rate.
I called to ask for mechanic services and the customer representative that pick up the phone kept hanging up the phone on me. This is completely disrespectful and unacceptable way to address customers. If you do not render services, all you could just state is we do not render such services politely.
